10X Chromium Controller Single Cell System
The 10x Chromium Controller is a benchtop single cell library preparation system. The platform utilises advanced microfluids to generate tens of thousands of single cell partitions, each containing an identifying barcode for downstream analysis. Partitioning events occur on a microfluidic chip in the presence of barcoded gel beads and oil to create GEMs (Gel Bead in EMulsion). Up to 8 samples can be run simultaneously per chip.

The Accuri C6 system offers a 488nm laser and a 633nm laser, 4-colour detector system with the ability to compensate between all 4 detectors. Optical filters are optimised for the use of FITC, PE, ECD/PI, PeCy5 and PeCy7 fluorochrome conjugates with a range of between 488nm - 800nm. This also includes dyes such as GFP, RFP, PerCp and APC derivatives.
