Description
The Accuri C6 system offers a 488nm laser and a 633nm laser, 4-colour detector system with the ability to compensate between all 4 detectors. Optical filters are optimised for the use of FITC, PE, ECD/PI, PeCy5 and PeCy7 fluorochrome conjugates with a range of between 488nm - 800nm. This also includes dyes such as GFP, RFP, PerCp and APC derivatives.
The Accuri C6 uses peristaltic pumps that allow the introduction of drugs or other components directly to the sample while it is been analysed, allowing the measurement of physiological changes, kinetic analysis or nanoparticle uptake.
