Description

An inverted Nikon Ti microscope with lines of 405 nm, 488nm, and 560 nm, a Yokogawa spinning disk, a TIRF condenser, and two Andor EM CCD cameras, integrated by Andor Fusion. Applications: confocal;or TIRF microscopy of live cells. Faster than classical confocal systems, higher throughput
Options:
1) Multi-dimensional acquisition: 3D, time-lapse, multi-channel, multiposition.
2) Great follow-up tool after the IncuCyte high throughput experiments, with higher resolution and Z-dimension.
3) Transmission light microscopy (DIC).
4) SRFF-super-resolution.
