Description
A powerful working station is available for all users for Image analysis. Several analytical software are pre-installed: FIJI, Imaris, AutoQuant, Ilastic, and ZenDesk. These pieces of analytical software allow the browsing of acquired data in original format, 3D rendering of acquired data, deconvolution, segmentation, measurements, quantification, statistics, exporting of stand-alone images and videos, offline super-resolution processing, and more. Additional software can be installed only with the permission of the Imaging Core staff. We advise you to copy your data on the hard drive before starting the image analysis.
