UCD and SCAU Deepen Strategic Partnership with High-Level Delegation Visit

The visit, which coincided with the Guangzhou-Dublin International College (GDIC) Joint Management Committee (JMC) meeting, focused on solidifying and growing the joint college's offerings and strengthening overall institutional ties.

Key discussions centered on future plans including:

• Expanding Student Opportunities
• Advancing Postgraduate Education
• Master’s and PhD programs
• Boosting Research Collaboration
• Broadening Student Mobility

The UCD delegation also dedicated time to tour key agricultural research facilities and food science laboratories within the UCD College of Agriculture, underscoring the strong disciplinary links between the two institutions. Separate discussions were also held to explore further collaboration between the UCD College of Science and SCAU. Finally the visit was the perfect opportunity for  SCAU President and his colleagues had a great interaction with SCAU students.
