TCPEP Programme Director, Dr Luke Kelleher, recently started co-leading a new EPA-funded project, JusTACE, in partnership with Munster Technological University, University College Cork, and Maynooth University. The project began on April 1st, 2025, and places the Irish Agri-Food sector at the centre of developing holistic solutions to support a just transition in the Circular Bioeconomy. It aims to develop a forward-looking indicator framework to assess financial incentives, identify gaps and opportunities, and inform the design of circular business models and collaborative consumption strategies.
