UCD Alumni Awards Campaign 2016

This campaign deepened the association between UCD and the great achievements of our alumni. It demonstrated the strengths of UCD that are embodied in our graduates, honouring their success and the changes that they have made in the world.

With reference to the annual UCD Alumni Awards ceremony, the campaign featured six former UCD Alumi awardees: author Maeve Binchy, world rugby icon Brian O'Driscoll, 17-time All Ireland Senior Champion Rena Buckley, Google Vice-President of Engineering Dr Dave Burke, Justice for Magdelenes campaigner Maeve O'Rourke, and Fr Peter McVerry, founder of the Peter McVerry Trust for Homelessness.

Featuring impactful stylised imagery of the individual alumni and a quote encapsulating the power of their achievements, this campaign ran in the National Irish press as well as on digital and social channels in autumn/winter 2016.
