Wednesday 19 January 2022 - Wednesday 9 March 2022.
There will also be a 1-hour group-introduction on Wednesday 12 January.
The class each week will be two and a half hours long. The course will run in the evening time from 7pm to 9:30pm. There is also 45 minutes of home practice every day in between classes.
It will take place online via Zoom.
No prior mindfulness experience is necessary.
