The CATALISI initiative aims to help and support Higher Education Institutions to successfully implement strategies and individual pathways for institutional transformation. CATALISI will achieve its objectives through the adoption of acceleration services.CATALISI brings together 11 partners:
7 Implementers: Higher Education Institutions which implement new reforms and utilize the acceleration services.
4 Facilitators: Organizations specialised in knowledge transfer and implementation which aid the implementers in accomplishing their objectives.
University College Cork is the only partner which fulfils a “dual-role” as both an Implementer and an Evaluator by aiding in the creation, and then the monitoring, of the Implementers’ Action Plans and Transformational Pathways within the initiative.
CATALISI is contributing to UCC Strategic Goal 1.4 to “Transform UCC’s research culture through the implementation of engaged research and open research, underpinned by academic integrity, and ethical and responsible practice”.
CATALISI will produce, by the end of the initiative (scheduled for December 2025):
Formative and Summative Evaluations on the outcomes of the project.
Policy Recommendations for future integration and implementation of relevant findings to be implemented, on a wider scale, in the European HE ecosystem.
Key Results which will be exploited and potentially commercialized by the partner organizations for future utilization beyond the project’s timeline.
