Laurence Maquest

Project Manager at RISE (Research Administration of the University of Liège), Laurence Maquest represents the University of Liège in OTMeR project (open, transparent and merit-based recruitment) and CARDEA, dedicated to the professional recognition of research leaders in Europe. As co-chair of the Euraxess FWB steering committee, she is committed to welcoming, integrating and supporting international researchers. Her work focuses on recruitment, mobility and the well-being of the scientific community. Involved in implementing the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers), she helps to develop a working environment aligned with the European Charter and Code. Through internal and external collaborations, she enhances career paths, drives innovation and actively promotes the institution’s influence.
