Contract Management & Supplier Performance

It is very important that contracts for key goods and services are managed throughout the contract period. This is to ensure that the supplier delivers on its contracted responsibilities to the service level that is expected.

The Procurement, Contracts and Buying Function will negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with suppliers of critical goods and services to the University and will monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a regular basis in order to ensure consistent service quality delivery. In doing this we may from time-to-time request the assistance of staff in monitoring the KPI’s and we would be grateful of your co-operation should you be asked to do so as its in everyone’s interest that suppliers deliver a quality service to the University.
