The UCD Procurement, Contracts and Buying Function is here to assist and facilitate you in procuring the goods, services and equipment you require to carry out your work.
Public procurement can be bureaucratic with procedures that can appear onerous due to the fact that we are spending taxpayers money. That puts a responsibility on all of us to ensure that we maximize value for money and ensure compliance with legislation, process and procedures. But by getting us involved at the earliest opportunity together we can meet both those goals in an efficient and effective manner.
