National PPI Festival 2025
The National PPI Festival is a celebration of Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) in research across Ireland. It brings together researchers, coordinators, patients, communities, and organisations to share experiences, showcase good practice, and highlight the positive impact of working together.
Throughout the Festival, events take place across the country — from workshops and talks to networking sessions and community-led activities. Each gathering offers a space to learn, connect, and explore how meaningful involvement can make research more relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
The Festival is for anyone with an interest in PPI: from professional staff supporting PPI in universities or research centres, to patient and community partners, to researchers who want to learn more. It’s about celebrating collaboration and building stronger partnerships for the future.
