Dublin Dewey Studies

Dublin Dewey Studies, UCD

Dublin Dewey Studies, UCD provides a resource for Dewey scholars and PhD/postdoctoral researchers on pragmatism in the form of its own office in the UCD Library building (L550A) and physical copies of the complete Early, Middle and Late Works of John Dewey, as well as links to UCD Library’s electronic resources.

We are also participating in a monthly online international colloquium of Dewey Centres hosted by the Univ. of Illinois at Carbondale, as well as we are building up the community of researchers interested in Dewey’s work in the Dublin area. Anyone interested in visiting or in applying to UCD School of Philosophy for graduate or postdoctoral research, please contact (opens in a new window)Professor James O’Shea.

Scholars wishing to consult the resources at UCD should (opens in a new window)contact the School Manager to make arrangements prior to visiting.
