ucd400
The ucd400 spectrometer was funded by the (opens in a new window)HEA through PRTLI Cycle 2 and 3 in 2006.
Location: L0.17, School of Chemistry at the CSCB building.
Spectrometer: Varian 400MHz NMR System, multinuclear with gradients.
Probes:
- 1H-19F/15N-31P 5mm PFG AutoX DB probe. Optimized for very flexible high frequency (1H-19F) and Low Frequency (15N-31P) observe and decouple. High performance actively shielded Z axis gradient with automatic tune and match of 1H-19F and 15N-31P probe channels.
- 1H-19F/15N-31P 5mm PFG Dual Broadband. Optimized for very flexible high frequency (1H-19F) and Low Frequency (15N-31P) observe and decouple. High performance actively shielded Z axis gradient
Note: The Dual Broadband probe (probe 1) on this system is the probe of choice among our instrumentation for 13C analysis of samples with very low concentration.
Note: Thesystem is equipped with a 100 position auto-sampler to facilitate an open-access menu, and has the ability to run routine 1H, 13C, DEPT, COSY, HSQC, HMBC,31P, 11B and 19F experiments
