UCD School of Medicine invites you to “Concussion in Sport – A National Conversation” a multi-sport concussion seminar in UCD hosted by UCD School of Medicine & UPMC on Saturday 24th of September 2022, from 9:00 - 13:00.
Join us at UCD Belfield for this FREE in-person seminar where speakers will include Michael "Micky" Collins, PhD, Clinical and Executive Director, UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and Anthony Kontos, PhD, Director of Research, UPMC Sports Concussion Programme Doctors from the GAA, IRFU, Horse Racing Ireland and many more. The event will be MC’d by Ger Gilroy from ‘Off the Ball'
Attendees will learn about individual assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of concussion. They will also learn about concussion assessment management and individualised concussion rehabilitation. Seminar attendance will qualify for three CPD points.
