Business, Law and Regulation Research Group
This research group aims to provide a dynamic, supportive forum for cutting-edge research and critical debate on the way we regulate business. This includes, but is not limited to, the sub-fields of commercial and corporate law/regulation, competition law/regulation, financial services law/regulation, intellectual property law/regulation, tax law/regulation and the regulation of professions. BLREG's activities include regular research seminars, conferences and CPD training sessions, and a working paper series.
