Instructor-Led Training for Staff
- A one-day 'PM² Essentials' course on the PM² Project Management Methodology and some shorter PM² courses are offered by UCD Agile. The next courses will be held between 7 - 10th July 2025 as part of the (opens in a new window)WST Summer School 2025 with course details and information on how to book available here (authentication required).

UCD Project Management Community of Practice (PM CoP)
The purpose of UCD's PM CoP is to tap into the experience of project managers across the university to build and share knowledge, skills, tools, and ways of working, as well as to develop an informal network of like-minded individuals.
The group is for project managers, programme managers and other interested people who play a role in managing projects in UCD.
New members are always welcome and anyone interested in becoming a member can (opens in a new window)join our Workvivo PM CoP space.

- June 2025: Our last PM CoP took place in June where we explored the topics of 1) Project Portfolio Reporting, 2) Managing Projects: How Workvivo can help and 3) An Introduction to the UCD Change Management Toolkit.
- Jan 2025: At our January PM CoP Nicos Kourounakis, Co-Author of the PM² Methodology and Methodologies Consultant at the European Commission's Methodologies Office presented on:
1. The PM² advantage and the future of PM² as Europe’s Methodology
2. PM² for Managing EU-funded Projects
- Nov 2024: A new PM² Guide for Managing EU-funded Projects was released in November 2024. It is a tailored version of the PM² Project Management Methodology for managing EU-funded Projects. Related templates and tools are available on the (opens in a new window)PM² for EU-funded Projects website.
