Important Update: IT Helpdesk Change

IT Services are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our IT Helpdesk service and incident management system.  This change is designed to be seamless, and you should continue to contact our IT Helpdesk via the IT Support Hub or by phone at 01 716 2700.

What’s Changing

• New extended support hours: Starting Monday, 15 December, the IT Helpdesk will operate from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
• New look and feel: The IT Support Hub portal will have a refreshed interface. We recommend that you refresh your browser, especially if connecting via home broadband.
• Updated Knowledge Base links: Knowledge Base article content will remain the same, but URLs will change. If your documentation links to these articles, please update them.
  
• Updated autoreply address: Automatic email responses will now come from a different UCD-branded address:  UCD IT Helpdesk <ucdprod@service-now.com>
