EAG Support Moving to IT Support Hub

IT Services will complete the integration of all support requests into the IT Support Hub with the retirement of the (opens in a new window)eag.support@ucd.ie mailbox on Tuesday, 6 May 2025. This mailbox currently operates in parallel to the IT Support Hub for InfoHub application related queries.
The IT Support Hub will serve as a central point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. It will enhance IT Services' ability to support customers more effectively and efficiently by offering a searchable Knowledge Base for common issues, facilitating service requests, and enabling issue submissions.
Business Owners of Infohub reports will be contacted and advised on the process to log users issues reported through their support function.
From 6 May 2025, this mailbox will retire and all queries should be directed to the IT Support Hub.
- Infohub Report Queries: For general questions and information, please visit\contact the Support website or email address listed on the InfoHub report.
- Infohub Errors: For Infohub errors, please log a call via the IT Support Hub, Get Help
- Infohub Access Requests: For access requests, the Approve submit a (opens in a new window)Request Something ticket through the IT Support Hub, IT Support Hub. Please remember to login to the IT Support Hub.
These changes will replace previous contact methods, and request you update your records accordingly.
