PMO Alignment

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is fully integrated into the IT Project Management Office (PMO) gating process through a dedicated Enterprise Architecture strand - providing governance controls, standards, and guidance.

IT Project Managers should be thoroughly familiar with the (opens in a new window)IT Project Management Checklist (login required) and make a point to check EA requirements during every PM2 phase.

The Enterprise Architecture Alignment Checklist should be used to evidence alignment with EA Principles

Agree Application Ownership Roles & Responsibilities

Identify Architectural Scope

Identify Technical Design Authority Route - CCB or QCAB

Adapt the Technical/ Non-Functional Requirements for procurements
