PMO Alignment
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is fully integrated into the IT Project Management Office (PMO) gating process through a dedicated Enterprise Architecture strand - providing governance controls, standards, and guidance.
IT Project Managers should be thoroughly familiar with the (opens in a new window)IT Project Management Checklist (login required) and make a point to check EA requirements during every PM2 phase.
