Since opening in 2003 NovaUCD has developed a proven and exceptional track record in supporting entrepreneurs, early-stage ventures, and start-ups, from the early feasibility stage, through to business development, investment, growth and scaling on the national and global stage.
Incubation Facility for Start-Ups
NovaUCD is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art incubation facility where we provide offices, labs and desk space for high-tech new ventures and start-ups with global ambitions.
At NovaUCD we provide a comprehensive business support programme for client companies. This comprises advice, seminars and workshops as well as facilitated access to the NovaUCD network of researchers, business leaders, investors and programmes.
At NovaUCD our highly networked community of entrepreneurs provides an environment for promoters of new ventures to share their experiences to assist other start-ups to develop and grow. This innovative and entrepreneurial community along with the NovaUCD network creates an invaluable support for client companies.
Accelerator Programmes for New Ventures and Start-Ups
NovaUCD delivers a series of accelerator programmes for early-stage ventures and start-ups including; the UCD VentureLaunch Accelerator Programme, for researchers who wish to launch sustainable and profitable start-ups emerging from UCD intellectual property, the AI Ecosystem Accelerator Programme and the NovaUCD Student Enterprise Competition.
NovaUCD is also a partner in the ESA Space Solutions Centre Ireland consortium and is partnering with the IADT Media Cube on an Enterprise Ireland-funded New Frontiers Programme.
