On-Farm Workspace Hub
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre is a newly constructed, on-farm innovation hub at UCD Lyons Farm in Co. Kildare that supports start-ups and SMEs in the agtech, agrifood, veterinary and equine sectors
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre includes:
- A prestigious location and the only on-farm workspace hub in Ireland
- Flexible terms on Lab Space, Office Units and Co-Working Space
- Meeting Rooms, Boardroom and Exhibition Space, all with AV facilities
- Virtual reception during business hours and free car and bike parking
- Local hospitality service for meeting and event catering

Office Units
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre has 4 office units available for lease. These 18 square metre offices are perfect for teams of up to 4 people.
The offices include:
- Unlimited access to fast fibre broadband
- Multiple power outlets
- Well insulated and sound proofed
- Access to onsite meeting rooms.
Flexi-Lab Units
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre has 3 Flexi-Lab Units available to lease. These 47 square metre units are perfect for larger teams and for businesses who need space for their equipment or space to develop their product.
The flexi-lab units include
- Dedicated building access to the Flexi-Lab
- Access to a dedicated water supply
- Can be fitout to suit your business needs
- Unlimited access to fast fibre broadband
- Access to onsite meeting rooms.
Co-working space
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre has a large co-working space that can accommodate 28 people on the first floor of the centre.
The co-working space is perfect for:
- Single founders or smaller teams
- Businesses that don't need the extra privacy or a Private Business Unit
- Flexible lease agreements
- Individuals or Teams who wish to work from the Centre a few days a month
- Teams who need a flexible base in the East of the country.
Meeting and Training Rooms
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre has a number of meeting rooms to cater to a variety of needs.
Meeting Facilities include:
- 2x medium sized Meeting Rooms for up to 8 people
- 1 x large Boardroom for up to 28 people
- 1 x Training Room configurable to suit all training needs.
Events Space
The AgTechUCD Innovation Centre has a large Events Space on the ground floor that can cater to a variety of needs.
The Events Space is perfect for:
- Businesses looking to showcase their products or services to potential customers, investors or collaborators
- Businesses looking to hold training sessions or seminars
- Research showcase events
