We are delighted that you have chosen to study History at UCD, and we very much hope that you have an enjoyable time with us over the course of your degree programme. UCD School of History follows the University’s Academic Integrity Policy and the Student Academic Misconduct Procedure in all matters concerning plagiarism, collusion, contract cheating, and the use of generative AI. Suspected breaches are first reviewed by the Module Coordinator, with referral to the School’s Academic Integrity Committee where appropriate. The School applies the principles of fairness, transparency, and proportionality. Any updates to UCD policies will take precedence over this protocol.
