Villanova University (USA) visit to the Centre
The UCD Centre for Global Irish Studies welcomed Associate Professor Joseph Lennon of Villanova University to discuss potential online and face-to-face collaborations and student exchanges between our two institutions. Communicating Europe Initiative funding secured by Dr Connor McCabe
Ad Astra Fellow Dr Connor McCabe has secured funding from the Department of Foreign Affairs Communicating Europe Initiative for his project, ‘Pobal na nAE istigh: Pobal na Gaeilge agus an tAontas Eorpach’. This project will bring together Irish-language practitioners and members of the public to discuss EU language policy and practice with regards to Irish.
