A public exhibition celebrating ten years of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) programme at UCD is now open.
"Global connections, shared impact" highlights the impact of the programme through the stories of staff and students - from UCD and from our partner institutions across the globe - who have taken part in the programme over the past decade.
The mobile exhibition will travel through multiple public locations with the UCD Belfield campus from October 2025 until January 2026.

A launch event for the exhibition took place during Erasmus Days, a week-long Europe-wide celebration of the Erasmus+ programme and was attended by embassy representatives, the Higher Education Authority and staff and students involved in the projects showcased.
The opening of the exhibition also coincides with the ten year birthday of the programme operating at UCD. Between 2015 and 2025, UCD obtained over €2.1 million in Erasmus+ ICM funding to support the academic mobility of over 500 students and staff between Ireland and partner countries all over the world.

Welcoming the launch, Professor Dolores O’Riordan, UCD Vice-President for Global Engagement, said:
“Thanks to Erasmus+ ICM, UCD has had the opportunity to collaborate with partners from 34 countries across four continents on a decade of incredibly impactful projects.
"From training humanitarian practitioners, to pioneering educational content on food security, the exhibition demonstrates just how much can be achieved when we work together across borders to tackle global challenges.
"The ten year anniversary of the programme at UCD is the perfect time to share the impact of the projects with the UCD community and indeed more widely. I urge you to visit the exhibition with your colleagues, friends or family, and read the stories of the staff and students who have taken part in these exceptional projects."
