The daily operations of Una Europa alliance at UCD are supported through UCD Global.
Members of the Global Networks and Projects team hold a variety of alliance roles, including institutional coordination, project management, communications, and administrative support. Find details of staff members and their areas below.

Shane leads the Global Networks and Projects Team, overseeing UCD's involvement in global networks such as Universitas 21, UNICA, and our European University Alliance, Una Europa, for which he is Co-Senior Lead at UCD. He also manages the UCD Global Engagement Seed Fund.
Colleen works closely under the direction of the Global Networks & Projects Manager to develop and implement an engagement strategy for UCD’s international networks such as Una Europa European University Alliance and Universitas 21. Colleen is Co-Senior Lead for Una Europa at UCD and the Universitas 21 Officer.
As the Global Projects Officer, Ruth is responsible for the implementation of a range of funded projects, including Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders in pursuit of key aspects of UCD’s global engagement agenda.
Catherine serves as project manager for UCD’s participation in Una Europa’s 4-year Una Futura project. She collaborates with a range of UCD stakeholders as well as the central Una Europa team to ensure a strong link between the Una Europa Alliance and the university.
Sylvia manages, develops and delivers communications for Una Europa’s Una Futura project to internal and external stakeholders. She is responsible for raising awareness of Una Europa and other global networks and projects among the UCD community.
Tajana Assistant provides administrative support towards the delivery of UCD’s engagement with international networks and consortia, and coordination of Erasmus+ funding opportunities. They are the first point of contact for Erasmus+ ICM mobility participants.
Evan offers high-level administrative assistance to the complex organisational landscapes of the European University Alliance and Global Network structures, as well as ensures UCD's compliance and project success.
