UCD’s Cultural & Social Programme
An essential part of studying abroad involves experiencing the local culture and traditions of your host country. That's why UCD Global provides a complimentary Cultural & Social Program for our Study Abroad students.
We'll bring you on fun cultural nights out in the city and scenic day tours across Ireland. You can expect to experience:
- Music, theatre and comedy shows
- National parks
- Heritage sites like castles and caves
- Hiking and cycling trips
- Factory tours
We also throw a party or two each trimester, including our Welcome Reception, Thanksgiving Dinner, Super Bowl Night, and much more!
These activities and excursions are free to attend, and we encourage you to sign up for as many as you can. At the beginning of term, we will send you an events calendar that you can sign up to at any time during the trimester.
