Royal College of Surgeons and UCD Malaysia campus (RUMC)

RCSI & UCD Malaysia Campus (RUMC) (formerly Penang Medical College), Malaysia, offers students a unique medical programme where they study in both Malaysia and Ireland. It is wholly-owned by UCD and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), and became the 10th institution awarded Foreign University Branch Campus status in Malaysia in 2018.

UCD’s Joint International Colleges in China

UCD’s three joint international colleges in China are pillars of our global engagement strategy. Beijing-Dublin International College (BDIC) at Beijing University of Technology, Chang’an-Dublin International College of Transportation (CDIC) at Chang’an University and Guangzhou-Dublin International College of Life Science and Technology (GDIC) at South China Agricultural University each offers dual-degree programmes in Beijing, Xi’an and Guangzhou directly overseen by UCD and our partner universities.

Visiting UCD

UCD welcomes many international visitors, including representatives from existing partner institutions, potential new partners, Ambassadors and senior political figures.

If you intend to visit UCD as a representative of your university, government or embassy, please complete the UCD Incoming Visit Request form at least four weeks before your intended date of travel.

The Global Partnerships team will then liaise within the University to match visit requests with University personnel and advise the sender of the outcome of the request. Although all requests are considered carefully, the University is unable to service all requests.
