In March 2023, we have run multiple workshops with stakeholders to help us understand what the community's needs are and to help prioritise those needs. In certain cases the workshops built on previous work and match with our existing understanding of what we need to do, but it is very helpful to hear views first hand and to cover the full breadth of our activity.
Workshops have included participants from
- Heads of Schools;
- Principal Investigators and other Researchers from Research Institutes, Centres and Schools;
- College and School Directors;
- School Managers;
- Budget Holders and Finance Users in Schools & Colleges;
- Heads of Support Units & Finance Users in Support Units;
- Budget Holders and Finance Users in Subsidiary Companies & Ancillaries;
- Finance Office - all teams;
- University Management Team.
The workshops will enable us to fine-tune our vision for the programme and to assess the features of different systems against our particular needs. Extensive information has been provided through the workshops, sample outputs are shown below.
