Information for UCD suppliers
UCD Finance will be moving our financial processes to a new system, Workday Financials on the 8th July 2025.
This is a key element of the University's FinPOST programme (Finance Programme for Operations and Services Transformation) to create a better experience for the whole UCD Community via the transformation of finance services, systems and ways of working.
As part of the transition over to the new Workday system we would like suppliers to note:
- All outstanding valid invoices should be emailed to (opens in a new window)invoices@ucd.ie by the 20th June to ensure
payment before the transition. - There will be no purchase orders issued, or supplier payments processed for a period of one
week, from 30th June to 8th July 2025. - While the University will endeavor to minimise any disruption there maybe some delay in
issuing purchase orders and payments following the transition to Workday.

PLEASE NOTE: It has come to the attention of UCD Procurement, and I would like to make suppliers
aware, that companies have been receiving enquiries and / or request for quotations purporting to
come from UCD in the name of Mark Rogers, Procurement Manager. In some cases, companies have
received a purchase order. This a scam and these enquiries, requests and purchase orders are bogus. All
deliveries for UCD must go to a verified UCD address and not to any third-party address. If you get a
request to change a delivery address from a UCD address to a third-party address you must contact UCD

information we have listed below the email addresses we are aware of that have been used by the
scammers to solicit quotations from companies.
