Sciex QTRAP 6500+

A SCIEX QTRAP 6500+ mass spectrometer coupled to a ExionLC™ Series UHPLC system is included in UCD Conway Metabolomics core. The system provides ultimate sensitivity for measuring ultra-low-level molecules, and better throughput with improved polarity switching and MRM3 speeds. The targeted metabolomics analysis conducted on this workflow covers more than 600 metabolites including amino acids, biogenic amines, acylcarnitines and a wide range of lipids.
