Agilent Bioanalyser
The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a microfluidics-based platform for sizing, quantification and quality control of RNA and DNA. It utilises microchannel electrophoretic separation to produce a rapid and sensitive measure of nucleic acid quality and size. The Bioanalyzer software creates a graph called an electropherogram, which diagrams fluorescence over time as molecules are pulsed through the separation channel.

Powered by Next GEM technology, the Chromium Controller enables integrated analysis of single cells at massive scale. Our suite of Chromium Single Cell products can capture molecular readouts of cell activity in multiple dimensions, including gene expression, cell surface proteins, immune clonotype, antigen specificity, and chromatin accessibility. The key to this technology is its ability to generate tens of thousands of single cell partitions, each containing an identifying barcode for downstream analysis.

QuantStudio 7
The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 7 Flex is a high throughput Real-Time PCR instrument that detects and quantitates nucleic acid sequences. It is optimised for use with multiple fluorophores and offers interchangeable thermal cycling block capability to allow flexibility of sample set up in 96 or 384 well plate formats and Micro Fluidic Card arrays. QuantStudio Real-Time Software provides tools for instrument operation, data collection and results analysis. Common applications include gene expression studies and micro RNA profiling.
Quantstudio 3D
The Quantstudio 3D Digital PCR System produces precise and sensitive absolute quantification data which enables applications such as rare mutation analysis, copy number variation and pathogen detection. PCR reactions are partitioned over thousands of wells in a PCR chip and samples are amplified. The digital output from each well is generated and a final concentration can be read.
