GEAP 2020-2024 Progress Report
Advancing gender equality is a fundamental element of the UCD Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and the achievement of the UCD Rising to the Future strategy. We are actively working to create an inclusive environment where people of all genders feel respected and supported and can realise their full potential. We have implemented good practice in gender equality across many areas such as equitable recruitment, retention and progression of students and employees and this is reflected in the wide range of actions in our UCD GEAP 2020-24 Progress Report as part of the Athena SWAN institutional bronze award achieved by UCD in 2020.
