Employees are invited to complete this one-hour course on Brightspace to help build a respectful culture in UCD. The course aims to raise awareness about bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct and to assist all employees impacted by these issues.

New to UCD? This course is part of the Orientation Brightspace Course 'Introduction to UCD 2022/23' and takes about one hour to complete. The course covers what it means to be an active bystander and why it is important, as well as outlining inappropriate behaviours such as bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct.

Students returning to UCD are invited to take a fresh look at Active Bystander Training which now includes additional modules on bullying & harassment and more.
