Dr. Krstic's primary research interests are focused on understanding gene regulatory networks in neuroblastoma and identifying novel therapeutic vulnerabilities. His specific interests are in the field of epigenetic leads and their potential synergy with targeted therapies and chemotherapeutics, by utilsing transcriptomics, genomics, epigenomics and protein network reconstruction.
