UCD On-Campus Student Accommodation
UCD Residences
UCD provides safe, beautiful and comfortable on-campus accommodation for students. The UCD residences consist of single bedrooms with options of both private and shared bathrooms. Student apartments are equipped with kitchens for cooking and preparing meals, with fully catered packages also available. Adapted facilities are also available for students with disabilities.
Places are limited and we regret that we are unable to guarantee all international students accommodation on campus.
Allocation and Applying for Accommodation
UCD prioritises first-year international undergraduate students from outside the EU for on-campus accommodation to help them settle in. However, availability is dependent on demand, so it may not be possible to offer on-campus housing to all first-year international undergraduate students.
Students are required to have accepted their course offer and paid the deposit to book on-campus accommodation (subject to availability). Students with a conditional acceptance for their course are eligible to book a room.
Communication will be sent to students regarding on-campus accommodation in early summer, including details of application dates and deadlines.
International Graduate Students
Rooms are offered to international graduate students on a first-come-first-served basis.
Students are required to have accepted their course offer and paid the deposit in order to book on-campus accommodation (subject to availability). Students, with a conditional acceptance for their course are eligible to book a room.

Visiting Students
International Study Abroad, Erasmus and Exchange students from outside the EU will be contacted by members of UCD Global with details of the accommodation application procedures.
