Visiting UCD
UCD welcomes many international visitors, including representatives from existing partner institutions, potential new partners, Ambassadors and senior political figures. UCD Global Partnerships team also arranges meetings and delegations to facilitate partnership development.
Intending requests for meetings/delegations are asked to complete aUCD Incoming Visit Request Form. It is important that the form is completed onlineat least four weeks beforethe date of the prospective meeting/ delegation.
The Global Partnerships team will then liaise within the University to match visit requests with University personnel and advise the sender of the outcome of the request. Although all requests are considered carefully, the University is unable to service all requests.

1. Complete Visit Request Form (4 week in advance)
Please submit the visit request form 4 weeks in advance. Include: names/roles of delegates, arrival/departure dates, and topics of interest (more detail helps us better support your visit planning).UCD Incoming Visit Request Form

2. Assessment and Confirmation
UCD Global Partnerships will assess your request and coordinate with relevant units. Appointments depend on the availability of staff in the departments or institutions you wish to engage with, and we appreciate your understanding.

3. Preparation and Follow-Up
The UCD Global Partnerships team will keep in contact in relation to the itinerary and the arrival details in advance of your visit and will assist with follow-up after your departure.
