Dr Ricardo Segurado
Associate Professor
Dr Ricardo Segurado is an Associate Professor in Public Health Biostatistics in the School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science and a Consultant Biostatistician and Director of UCD CSTAR.
He has a background in statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology (Trinity College Dublin and Cardiff University), and long experience in statistical consulting and collaboration on health and biological sciences research, encompassing randomised controlled trials, biomarker identification, survival analysis, longitudinal modelling, missing data handling, gene-mapping studies, and many more.
He collaborates with researchers in genetics, across the full range of medical specialties, basic biological sciences, and the social and psychological sciences.
