The UCD Centre for Sustainable Development (CSD) is an interdisciplinary research centre based at the School of Politics and International Relations. We work across academic disciplines and in partnership with policy, civil society, and international organisations to advance the global sustainable development agenda.
Our work is grounded in the belief that sustainability is not a peripheral concern but the defining challenge of our time. As a university with strong global connections and a history of leadership on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UCD is uniquely placed to shape both knowledge and action for a more sustainable future.
