Configuration of events
UCD is a magnificent conference and events venue with versatile space making it the perfect location for your next event. Depending on the format of your event, we will be able to accommodate you in one of our superb buildings. Our event venues in Dublin are now fully equipped and available to host virtual events, online events and hybrid events.
Please be advised that there are restrictions on events due to current government guidelines.
Virtual Events
Host your next hybrid or virtual event at UCD where digital and physical events meet, your partner in hybrid and virtual events. O'Reilly Hall and the UCD University Club is equipped with built-in Audio Visual equipment to bring your virtual or hybrid event to life. The UCD Conference and Events team also works with a number of external companies to ensure your AV requirements are met.
Weddings
Together is a wonderful place to be - A unique setting in the heart of the UCD campus, at the UCD University Club, we aim to make the planning of your wedding as seamless as possible. Our experienced and dedicated team will support you throughout the essential planning stages and ensure that your wedding day is everything you dream of and more.
Conferences
UCD is proud to host some of the most prestigious national, European and international conferences. Conference organisers and delegates demand commitment, keen project management and the know-how to execute the most high-profile events for audiences alike.
We have covered a wide range of sectors and industries with a variety of a number of attendees. With the facilities and flexibility to welcome SMEs and organisations with just a handful of delegates, just as warmly as larger groups, the UCD's conference and events team will cater to your need.
Exhibitions
Whether your exhibition is a private or public event, there are multiple options on campus.
- O'Reilly Hall is 900 square metres
- The Conservatory is 395 square metres
There are also other options on campus available if you would like to host your exhibition in another building.
Meetings
The UCD Campus has a variety of boardrooms on offer for meetings. The capacities range from 12 people in a boardroom where we can accommodate only two to twelve delegates, up to a boardroom that accommodates up to 48 in boardroom configuration or 70 people in theatre style, and in between.
