Documents relating to the foundation, constitution and organisation of the Institute of Clerks of Works in Ireland and its educational and training programmes. Included are the articles of association with details of the election, duties and powers of officers; and conditions of membership; a copy of the by-laws of the Institute; minutes of the inaugural and subsequent general meetings; provisional council, committee, and educational committee meetings. A register of clerks of works in Ireland for the period is also included.
