Documenting, managing and interpreting the material heritage of Ireland's Magdalene laundries
It aims to transform the site (Magdalene Laundries) into a "site of conscience" reflecting its social and cultural history, with ideas ranging from memorials to community spaces. The project underscores the need for a sensitive, inclusive design process, serving as a model for repurposing similar legacy buildings across Ireland.
