Access Courses - Incoming Students
Cothrom na Féinne Scholars demonstrate clear motivation to pursue higher education, despite education barriers faced, and act as leaders in Access & Lifelong Learning.
If you are registered as unemployed and /or in receipt of one of the following payments: Job-seekers Benefit, Job-seekers Allowance, Disability Allowance, Illness Benefit, or One-Parent Family Allowance you may qualify for the Scholarship. If you qualify for the Scholarship, your fee will be reduced (in the instance of refugees, asylum seekers and those with leave to remain - see information about the UCD Sanctuary Scholarship).
You will need to provide evidence of your Social Welfare payment/income with your application.
For the Access to Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Law Programme (AHSSL) it will be reduced from €890 to €445.
For the Access to Science, Engineering, Agricultural Science, Medicine and Vet Medicine Programme (SEAM+) it will be reduced from €1,800 to €600.
