The Molecular and Genomic Interrogation of Childhood Cancer Initiative (MAGIC-I) is a 5-year programme which was funded by philanthropic giving and started in July 2023. The aim of this programme is to explore the use of genome sequencing and digital twins in clinical practice. The programme is co-led by investigators in Systems Biology Ireland and Children's Health Ireland at Crumlin.
